Herdade do Cebolal Red - Due to its proximity to the Atlantic and diverse soils, this wine has unique characteristics of freshness and balanced tannins. Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Alentejo Coast, ten kilometers from the coastline.

The harvest took place in mid-August, according to climatic conditions and grape ripeness. The bunches are selected and picked manually. Winemaking maintains a
balance between winemaking traditions and new technologies, knowledge, and trends.

Aroma: Aroma of ripe red fruits.
Palate: Presents a flavour of very ripe red fruits with well-balanced tannins and a long finish.

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Alentejo Coast, in the village of Vale das Éguas in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém. Since 1890, our family project has been passed down from generation to generation, currently managed by the 4th and 5th generations: Isabel and her son Luís Lufinha Mota Capitão. The knowledge, transmitted through generations, strengthened by values, ethics, responsibility, and respect for man and nature, gives rise to this heritage that identifies us as a family. We are wine artisans, respecting the authenticity of our terroir, which results in wines with personality, respect for the environment, and low chemical intervention.”
