Ladeira da Santa Colheita Red is a blend where we find freshness, balance and aromatic complexity, reflecting the unique characteristics of the Dão terroir.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz

Tasting notes:

• Color: Ruby with violet reflections.

• Aroma: Notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, and light floral nuances and sweet spices.

• Palate: Medium body, soft, well-integrated tannins. Good acidity and freshness.
  

Harmonization:

Ideal for dishes with tomato sauce, poultry and game meat such as venison.

Serving temperature: 14–16 °C
Alcohol content: 13.5%

Ladeira da Santa was born from a family project between father and son, since 1997, with 10 hectares, we can witness a Dão a little different from the usual, but with all its climate and characteristics the same.

The vineyard sits in a valley where anything can happen. Due to the changes and without ever straying from its origins in relation to this project, we find the tradition of the varieties used, whether white or red, and in the bottle, all their evolution are evident, from the changes in climate to their influence on the vine.
